Media Notes: EuroBasket 2015 To Air In 148 Countries, Territories

FIBA announced that EuroBasket Women 2015 will be broadcast in 148 countries and territories across the globe. EuroBasket Women 2015 takes place from Thursday to June 28 in the Hungarian cities of Szombathely, Sopron, Debrecen, Gyor and Budapest and the Romanian cities of Oradea and Timisoara (FIBA). ... For the 2015 Copa América Chile, which kicked off on Thursday and runs through July 4, Facebook "created a Copa América trending experience, where users can find tournament-related status updates, photos and videos from fans, athletes, teams and media." Facebook "also created a sticker pack" for the tournament, available for download via its Sticker Store in Facebook Messenger (ADWEEK, 6/11). ... Asian Television Network Int'l Ltd., Canada's largest South Asian Broadcaster and pioneer broadcaster of Cricket in Canada, announced that it has acquired exclusive broadcast rights for India vs. Bangladesh Bilateral Cricket series to be held in Bangladesh. India's tour of Bangladesh started Wednesday and features one test match and three one day internationals (ATN).
