Marketplace Roundup: Mainz Signs Five-Year Kit Deal With Lotto Sport, Replacing Nike

Bundesliga side FSV Mainz "signed a five-year kit supply deal with Lotto Sport Italia." The agreement "will see the Italian sportswear manufacturer replace Nike as the kit supplier" for the club from next season. Nike had been Mainz's supplier since '08. Lotto previously supplied the club's kit from '01-08 (SOCCEREX, 6/8). ... League One side Millwall announced a new principal partnership with building and maintenance company Wallis Teagan, which will see the company featured on the front of first team shirts throughout the '15-16 campaign. Millwall has worked with Wallis Teagan for a number of years and this latest partnership agreement comes after an existing contract with Euroferries Express was canceled (Millwall). ... Bundesliga side Schalke and its official watch sponsor Festina have extended their partnership for an additional two years until June 30, 2017 (Schalke). ... EDGE Americas Sports has been appointed by Real Madrid and Juventus to expand their brand presence in Canada, the U.S. and Latin America in select cases (EDGE Americas Sports). ... The Welsh Premier League announced that from the '15-16 season the competition will be sponsored by int'l online gaming and betting company Dafabet. The WPL announced that this deal is the biggest in the league's history (WPL).
