Housing Company Westminster Looking To Sign Football Title Sponsorship

Housing company Westminster "is looking to sign football sponsorship deals," according to Nils Lehnebach of SPONSORs. Westminster Managing Dir Marian Ziburske: "The next building block in our marketing strategy is clearly defined. We want to get on the jersey of an ambitious 2nd Bundesliga team." He added that the company is talking to clubs but did not identify them. However, as Westminster has a regional reputation Union Berlin is the most likely option. The club's current title sponsorship deal with Kfzteile24 will expire after the '15-16 season. Westminster was a team sponsor of the German hockey team during the 2015 IIHF World Championships (SPONSORs, 6/2).
