Executive Transactions

Sports data company Sportradar U.S. has appointed STEVE BYRD as its new COO. In his new role, Byrd will be "responsible for leading relationships with large media and technology clients for Sportradar's global sports data and content in North America" (ISPORTCONNECT, 5/18). ... GIOVANNI VAN BRONCKHORST has taken charge of Dutch Eredivisie side Feyenoord after FRED RUTTEN "left the club following their failure to reach an automatic qualifying place for next season's Europa League." Rutten was "due to step down in the summer after a disagreement with the club's hierarchy" but, after Sunday's 3-0 defeat at Zwolle saw it finish in the postseason playoffs for Europe, the club "acted quicker" (ESPN, 5/18).
