Media Notes: Bundesliga Awards Streaming Rights To Sportsman Media Group

DFL Sports Enterprises, the commercial arm of the Bundesliga, "has awarded a package of streaming rights for betting to the Sportsman Media Group." The rights cover the top two tiers of German domestic football for the '15-16 and '16-17 seasons (SOCCEREX, 2/25). ... Sky Sports will soon be showing 12 world title fights from Germany after Matchroom secured a deal with Team Sauerland. In addition to the deal, Matchroom and Sauerland will also have the opportunity to place their fighters on int'l cards (Sky Sports). ... BT Sport has extended its deal with MP & Silva for exclusively live Italian top-flight football until '17-18. The channels are the current home of exclusively live Serie A in the U.K. and BT Sport has signed a contract to add another three years to the current deal. BT Sport will have the rights to show up to 380 exclusively live matches a season. From August, BT Sport will offer exclusively live midweek, top-flight football action from the UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League (BT Sport). ... Infront Sports & Media, the exclusive media rights partner to the European Volleyball Confederation (CEV), has reached an agreement with RAI to air key event coverage of the 2015 CEV Men’s and Women’s European Volleyball Championships. Due to the exclusive media rights agreement acquired for TV, radio, Internet and mobile platforms, Italian volleyball fans can follow the Italian men's and women's national team games as well as key matches across the two competitions free of charge (Infront).
