Chevrolet has reached an agreement with the Brazilian soccer federation, the CBF, to acquire the sponsorship rights to the Brazil Global Tour (BGT).

Chevrolet will replace Gillette as the major sponsor of the BGT from 2015.

Along with this sponsorship, Infor unveiled the Infor University Rugby Scholarship and named its first recipient (Infor). ... League Two side Cambridge United announced a partnership with Elms BMW Cambridge in a one-year deal that will see Elms BMW Cambridge become the sole sponsor of the club's new Soccer Schools. This program will be launched throughout '15, with the first courses in February half term, and Soccer Schools in 15 venues by October half term (Cambridge United). ... Insurance provider Great Eastern on Wednesday announced an extension of its title sponsorship of the S.League for the ‘15 and ‘16 seasons worth S$1M ($800,000), a deal that is “similar to their previous contract.” The sponsorship will take the “local homegrown insurance association of Singapore’s only professional sport to eight years” (TODAY ONLINE, 2/11). ... Liga MX side América on Wednesday presented a three-year commercial agreement with Chinese telecom Huawei. German home improvement store chain Bauhaus will sponsor the Spanish Handball League (ASOBAL) through the end of the current season.
