Marketing Agency RedTorch Undergoes Internal Buyout For Undisclosed Sum

RedTorch Managing Dir Jonny Murch and Dirs Alex Ross and Chris Argyle-Robinson have taken joint ownership of the London-based marketing agency, after an internal buyout for an undisclosed sum. Previous owner Fiona Higney launched the company more than eight years ago to manage the sales and marketing of the world's largest B2B sports event, SportAccord Convention. Since then the business has developed significantly, delivering digital, sales and event services across the int'l sports landscape, including int'l federations, rights holders, cities and suppliers. Murch: "It's fantastic to have had the opportunity to buy and continue to invest in our business, and is testament to the confidence we have in the assured future of RedTorch." RedTorch's past and present clients include Connor Sports, FINA, FISE, IAAF, IEC in Sports, City of Lausanne, Québec City, Race of Champions, SportAccord Convention, TSE Consulting and World Rugby. To coincide with the buyout, RedTorch enhanced its online presence with the launch of a new website (RedTorch).
