Media Notes: German Court Overturns Ban On UFC Broadcasts

A German court decided that "the current ban on TV broadcasts of UFC events is against the law." UFC Chief Global Brand Officer Garry Cook said, "The decision is a milestone for the UFC and the many UFC fans in Germany" (QUOTENMETER, 1/9). ... Infront Sports & Media and the Int'l Ski Mountaineering Federation signed an agreement which will see Infront support the ISMF as a media production and distribution partner. The sports marketing company will offer 4x10 minute highlight programs on the ISMF World Cup to media worldwide as well as a magazine program for the ISMF World Championships event (Infront).
