European Handball Federation's Women's Final Draws 1.32 Million In Spain

The final of this year's European Handball Federation Euro 2014 women's final between Spain and Norway drew an audience of 1.32 million viewers on TVE's La 1, according to the EP. The game, which Norway won 28-25, attracted a market share of 9.6%. It was the "second most watched women's handball game in history in Spain." The record was set during the Bronze Medal match of the 2012 Olympics, which "drew a peak audience of 2.7 million" (EP, 12/22).
