Man City Catering Partner Fabulous Fan Fayre Looking To Expand

Man City's Jamie Oliver-backed catering partner is "looking to expand after so far feeding" more than 2 million fans on matchdays, according to Alex Bell of the Manchester EVENING NEWS. Fabulous Fan Fayre, "a joint venture between Legends Hospitality and Jamie Oliver’s Fabulous Feasts," last season alone "pulled 92,000 pints, dished out almost 135,000 portions of chips, 90,000 pies, 43,000 cups of hot chocolate, 38,000 cups of Bovril, 29,000 servings of curry sauce and 5,000 slices of pizza." Fabulous Fan Fayre "employs around 1,000 people and provide food and drink directly in and around all outlets at the Etihad Stadium as well as at the newly opened City Football Academy." Fabulous Fan Fayre Venue Dir Neil Worcester said, "We are at a stage as a business now where we are ready to grow and are in talks to do that" (EVENING NEWS, 12/16).
