 The Sponsorship Marketing Council of Canada has named TYLER MAZEREEUW its chairman. Mazereeuw is currently the Canadian Football League's senior director of business development. He replaces NBA Canada VP & GM DAN MACKENZIE, who has been chair since '12 (Sponsorship Marketing Council Canada). ... ADRIAN BEVINGTON “is to leave the FA and his role of managing director of Club England.” The “highly-respected” Bevington “has negotiated his exit after 17 years at the FA where he also combined the job of director of communications.” The communications director, who announced his ambitions of becoming a club CEO in a sports business magazine profile before the World Cup, “has long seen 2014 as his likely last year at Wembley” (London DAILY MAIL, 12/16). ... J.League side Sagan Tosu hired former Jubilo Iwata boss HITOSHI MORISHITA as its new manager (KYODO, 12/16).

REYNOLDS' WRAP: GMR Marketing is "reorganizing its top management," with COO CAMERON PARSONS taking over as CEO, replacing Founder & Chair GARY REYNOLDS. Reynolds, who founded the company in '79, "will maintain his role" as chairman. The moves "are effective Jan. 1." The company "will not fill the COO position that Parsons has held." Agency President CRAIG CONNELLY's role "is unchanged" (SPORTSBUSINESS JOURNAL, 12/15 issue).

COACHES/MANAGERS
: Argentine first division side Rosario Central named EDUARDO COUDET its coach on Monday. This "will be Coudet's first experience as a head coach" (CLARIN, 12/15). ... Scottish League One side Dunfermline Athletic Manager JIM JEFFERIES has resigned "after almost three years in charge." His contract at the club "was due to expire at the end of May, but he has opted to leave now" (BBC, 12/16). ... League Championship side Reading has named STEVE CLARKE its new manager on a "two-and-a-half year contract." Clarke will replace NIGEL ADKINS, "who was sacked after a 6-1 defeat to Birmingham City on Saturday" (London GUARDIAN, 12/16). ... New Zealand rugby coach STEVE HANSEN "signed a contract extension until 2017." Hansen's previous deal "ran out after the 2015 World Cup but he will now be in charge until after the Kiwis host a British and Irish Lions tour" (BBC, 12/16).
