Media Notes: Ofcom Considering Inquiry Into Radio Host's Ched Evans Comments

U.K. media regulator Ofcom is considering whether to "open an investigation following complaints about comments" made by BBC Radio Norfolk DJ Nick Conrad during a "discussion about convicted rapist Ched Evans."
