Microsoft, Real Madrid Announce Strategic Technology Partnership

Microsoft and Real Madrid on Tuesday announced a deal in which the company will become the La Liga club's strategic technological partner. The deal provides for a number of initiatives to be unveiled in the coming months, the first being a new digital platform designed to improve fans' ability to connect with the team. Other efforts include new online services to enhance the experience of watching a live match. The deal also provides for the use of services and devices, including the Surface Pro 3 tablet, by players and coaches (Real Madrid).
