Bundesliga Side Eintracht Frankfurt Looking For Several Investors, Hoping To Raise $25M

Bundesliga side Eintracht Frankfurt "is looking to attract several investors to secure its long-term future in Germany's top flight," according to T-ONLINE. However, in comparison to league rivals Hertha Berlin or Hamburg SV the club is not looking for a single major investor but several investors. Those investors are expected to support the club financially with contributions between €300,000-€500,000 ($374,000-$623,000). Eintracht is looking for up to 50 potential investors that will put up to €20M ($25M) into the club's coffers. Club bosses "are still discussing if they will issue participation certificates or if investments will happen in the form of bonds." The club "has already held talks with potential investors" (T-ONLINE, 11/12).
