Indian Super League Announces Sponsorship Deals With Six Brands

The Indian Super League announced that it has signed up six brands from diverse industry verticals as sponsors and partners. Joining ISL title sponsor Hero MotoCorp Ltd. is Maruti Suzuki, which has signed up as the associate sponsor. The Indian Super League has deals with brands across the FMCG, finance and sports industries. Pepsi India and Amul are two brands that have signed up as official partners. The Muthoot Group, along with Puma and Dr. Reddy's Nise Gel are also official partners of the ISL. The brands are showing their confidence in the ISL, which is hoping to develop the sport at the grassroots level. Star India COO Sanjay Gupta said that the response from sponsors has been overwhelming. The league is co-promoted by IMG-Reliance and Star India along with the support of All India Football Federation. India's leading industrialists and celebrities from sports as well as the Indian film industry have invested in owning the eight city franchises of the ISL. The league kicked off on Sunday (Indian Super League).
