Broadcaster TVE Signs Deal To Carry Spanish Basketball League Through '16

The Spanish Basketball League (ACB) announced on Monday that it reached an agreement with Spanish broadcaster RTVE for carriage of the ACB, Supercopa and Copa del Rey on TVE during the next two seasons, according to MURCIA ECONOMIA. TVE will carry "the best game every matchday" on Sunday at 6pm on Teledeporte. La 1 will carry the ACB's tournaments and the "best games from the regular season and the playoffs." Fans will "also be able to watch all ACB games broadcast by TVE live on rtve.es." Lalo Alzueta will provide play-by-play, with former coach Óscar Quintana working as an analyst (MURCIA ECONOMIA, 9/22).
