Whistle Sports hired YouTube exec JEFF NATHENSON to be the company’s SVP of content partnerships and distribution for EMEA. Nathenson, head of football at YouTube since July '11, will run The Whistle’s new London office, which will serve as the central hub for creating original content with sports leagues and athletes based in Europe. At YouTube, Nathenson oversaw global football strategy, bringing on more premium content to the site (Whistle Sports). ... Former German int'l ULI STIELIKE "has been named the new head coach of the South Korean men’s football team." The Korea FA said that "the 59-year-old is signed through the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia." Stielike "is the first foreign head coach for South Korea since the Dutchman" PIM VERBEEK, who quit in Aug. '07 after 13 months on the job (KOREA HERALD, 9/5). ... Cloud tech firm T3Media named Harris Corp. President of Broadcast Communications HARRIS MORRIS CEO (T3Media). ... AEG named Stockholm Globe Arenas Head of Marketing MARIE LINDQVIST GM of the same facility (AEG).
