League One side Doncaster Rovers confirmed that DAVID BLUNT and DICK WATSON were named as chairman and president of the club, respectively. Watson first joined the club’s board of directors in '06 and along with TERRY BRAMALL. Blunt joined Doncaster Rovers in '10 and previously worked with both Bramall and Watson during his reign as CEO at Keepmoat (Doncaster Rovers). ... Former Wales rugby int'l DAFYDD JAMES "joined Swansea-based foreign exchange start-up OSTC FX as a business development manager." James, who won 48 caps for Wales and played three times for the British and Irish lions during the '01 series in Australia, "is tasked in his new role with developing relationships with companies in South Wales with exposures to foreign exchange rates" (WALES ONLINE, 8/24). ... Sports flash sales site SportPursuit.com named former Reebok Managing Dir KATH SMITH as its chief sales officer, as it "plots its European expansion." Smith joins SportPursuit from the adidas Group, "where she has worked for 17 years in a number of positions," most recently as managing director for adidas in the U.K. and Ireland and Reebok in Northern Europe (FASHION UNITED, 8/19).
