Bundesliga Side Eintracht Frankfurt Expects To Lose Around $8M During The '14-15 Season

Bundesliga club Eintracht Frankfurt is calculating with a loss of about €6M ($8M) during the upcoming season, according to the SID. After the financially successful previous season, the club will lose about €14M ($19M) from not qualifying for the UEFA Europa League. In addition, Eintracht does not calculate with any income from the DFB-Pokal (German Cup). Club CFO Axel Hellmann said, "Eintracht Frankfurt is financially healthy and debt free." The club plans with a payroll of about €34M ($45M). Eintracht estimates revenues of €81M ($108M) and expenditures of €87M ($116M) (SID, 8/13).
