Marketplace Roundup: FSV Frankfurt Extends Partnership With Printing Company E. Sauerland

Second Bundesliga club FSV Frankfurt has signed an early contract extension to its partnership with offset printing E. Sauerland. The two parties agreed to extend the deal, which was set to run until the end of the '16 season, for another six years until June 30, 2022. As the club's exclusive print partner, E. Sauerland will receive ad space in camera view at Volksbank Stadium (FSV Frankfurt). ... Second Bundesliga club FC Heidenheim is going green with club partner Walter Konzept installing solar panels on the roof of the Voith Arena (FC Heidenheim). ... McCain Foods has appointed Pitch to promote its U.K. activation partnership around the Tour de France Grand Depart. The Tour de France's Grand Depart starts in Yorkshire, the home of McCain Foods. Pitch will be working to help promote the McCain brand values, tying back to its Yorkshire and potato farming heritage as well as engaging with its target audience in local communities (Pitch). ... Australian Baseball League side Canberra Cavalry announced that Canberra Elite Cabs will be the new naming-rights partner of the Cavalry. As part of a multi-year deal, the team will be rebranded Canberra Elite Cavalry for the foreseeable future (Canberra Cavalry). ... Sports nutrition brand Ettix "will be Lille OSC’s new front-of-shirt sponsor" for the '14-15 campaign. The deal will see Ettix, a branch of Belgian pharmaceutical company Omega Pharma, "benefit from extensive media visibility and promotional rights" in association with the French Ligue 1 club (SOCCEREX, 7/2). ... Cloud-based venue management software company Priava announced that Celtic FC has continued its long-term relationship by upgrading its existing premises-based system Events Perfect. Priava’s new purpose-built enterprise venue and event management booking system incorporates event logistics, catering, equipment and resource requirements (Priava).
