Marketplace Roundup: PruHealth, PruProtect Signs Three-Year Deals With Three EPL Clubs

Health and life insurers PruHealth and PruProtect have signed three-year agreements with Premier League clubs Arsenal, Liverpool and Man City. The deal involves PruHealth and PruProtect rewards program, Vitality (PruHealth and PruProtect). ... U.K. carmaker Dacia has extended its partnership with Serie A club Udinese for a sixth season (Serie A). ... Russian commercial bank MASTBANK will become the title sponsor of the 2014 FINA Swimming World Cup (FINA). ... Premier League club Queens Park Rangers extended its partnership with Hong Kong-based air freight provider ASR Holdings for a third year as official logistics partner. The ASR logo will continue to be on the club's first team training kit (QPR). ... Bank of Ireland "has announced a sponsorship deal" with Irish golfer Shane Lowry which will run until the end of '16. Under the agreement, he will represent Bank of Ireland "both as a brand ambassador in Ireland and as he competes across the world." He will wear its branding "on the left chest of his golf apparel" (BUSINESS AND LEADERSHIP, 6/17). ... Austrian football Bundesliga side Josko Ried signed a new kit supply deal with Danish company hummel. The company will become the club's official kit supplier starting with the '14-15 season (Josko Ried). ... Second Bundesliga side FC St. Pauli has extended its sponsorship deal with sports betting provider HappyBet until June 30, 2015. HappyBet will increase its involvement and enter the club's second highest sponsorship level (FC St. Pauli). ... Swiss watchmaker Omega Swiss "has extended its title-sponsorship with Dubai Desert Classic and the Dubai Ladies Masters for another three years until 2017" (GULF NEWS, 6/16).
