Scottish League 1 Rangers Fans React With 'Fury' Over Report Charles Green Could Return

Fans of Scottish League 1 Rangers "have reacted with fury" at the prospect of "toxic" former CEO Charles Green returning to Ibrox, according to Gavin Berry of the Scotland DAILY RECORD. It was reported on Sunday that Green "was gathering financial support ahead of a possible new share issue." But Chris Graham of the Union of Fans said, “It would be spectacularly arrogant of Green to think he could waltz back into Rangers and that the fans would somehow accept it. I know Green is a fairly self-confident person but he must realize he’s completely toxic now to the support" (DAILY RECORD, 6/16).
