Fox Sports Latin America Picks Up Broadcast Rights For Liga MX Clubs Pachuca, Club León

Fox Sports Latin America "has nabbed the exclusive broadcasting rights and non-exclusive online rights to all local matches" played by Liga MX side Pachuca, and "has also renewed its rights over Club León," according to Joel Marino of WORLD SCREEN. The multi-year deal means that Fox Sports "will be offering live games of Liga MX and Copa MX every week in Mexico, as well as Latin America, Europe, Asia and Africa" through its int'l TV channels. The Pachuca agreement "also includes the broadcast of friendly games and tournaments as of the next Torneo Apertura 2014" (WORLD SCREEN, 5/30).
