NBA, FIBA Announce Dates, Locations For Basketball Without Borders

The NBA and FIBA announced that the first Basketball Without Borders schedule will feature first-time camps in Taipei, Rome and Johannesburg. BWB Europe will be held from June 2-5 in Rome. Highlighting the camp will be three Italian NBA players and former BWB campers -- Denver's Danilo Gallinari, N.Y.'s Andrea Bargnani and Detroit's Gigi Datome. BWB Asia will tip off in Taipei from June 13-16. It will feature Toronto's John Salmons, Minnesota's Ronny Turiaf and Charlotte's Cody Zeller. Yao Ming will make a one-day appearance. BWB Africa, in Johannesburg, will be from Aug. 5-8. It will feature Brooklyn's Andrei Kirilenko and Oklahoma City's Thabo Sefolosha. Head coaches making appearances include Toronto's Dwane Casey, Denver's Brian Shaw and Phoenix's Jeff Hornacek. NBA global ambassador Dikembe Mutombo will also appear (NBA).
