Marketplace Roundup: World Baseball Softball Confederation Partners With Mizuno

The World Baseball Softball Confederation announced a partnership with Japan-based Mizuno, establishing Mizuno as the official sponsor of the first-ever World Baseball Softball Congress, which will be staged in the North African city of Hammamet, Tunisia on May 10 (WBSC). ... Travel search website "has been signed as the official of Indian Premier League side during this season. After this association, Skyscanner "will launch a consumer activation campaign," offering fans a variety of offers including a chance to meet Delhi Daredevils players (PTI, 4/21). "announced its second association" with an Indian Premier League team. The Mumbai-based company "announced its partnership" with Vijay Mallya-owned Royal Challengers Bangalore becoming its official car partner.Earlier the company "had announced a partnership with Kings XI Punjab" (Indian BUSINESS STANDARD, 4/21). ... Singaporean marathoner Mok Ying Ren entered a "partnership with AirAsia." The sponsorship, which is worth S$100,000 ($79,000) "will cover his flights for overseas training and races" for the next three years (STRAITS TIMES, 4/20).
