Media Notes: Spanish TV Station Telecinco Announces It Will Carry MotoGP Through '16

MotoGP "will continue to be seen" on Spanish TV station Telecinco through '16. Broadcaster Mediaset España announced that its "mixed package, with all races live on Fusión TV, and some races live and delayed on Telecinco," will be offered through '16. Mediaset said that in '15, it will "carry eight MotoGP races live, and in '16, it will offer live broadcasts of the four races held in Spain" (AS, 3/20). ... Spanish TV channel TVE's broadcast of the Copa del Rey finals on April 16 will be available to viewers in both Spanish and Catalan. The match, which will be played between Real Madrid and Barcelona, will take place at the Mestalla stadium in Valencia at 9:30pm (LIBERTAD DIGITAL, 3/19).
