Marketplace Roundup: Basketball Bundesliga Announces Switch To Internet Supplier Laola1

The Basketball Bundesliga (BBL) announced that it will switch its Internet service provider with the start of '14-15 season. The league will end its cooperation with Apareo and start working with Laola1. The league did not reveal any financial details (BBL). ... Sportfive said it has brokered a "digital partnership" between Hyundai and Ligue 1 side Olympique Lyonnais. The South Korean car manufacturer is already the club’s main commercial partner, but has agreed to sponsor the "SociOL Room by Hyundai," a new digital platform which will integrate Olympique Lyonnais’ social media and provide fans with behind-the-scenes snippets (SOCCEREX, 3/17). ... The French Tennis Federation (FFT) appointed Lagardére Unlimited, the sports and entertainment branch of French media group Lagardére, to provide consultancy services to improve Roland Garros' online advertising offer for its partners. The partnership will enable the FFT to develop online advertising packages for its tournament partners (Lagardére). ... Swimming's world governing body FINA announced the appointment of global supplier of temporary constructions for events NUSSLI as an exclusive official FINA supplier. The four-year agreement is effective immediately and covers all FINA events for the period '14-17 (FINA).
