Football Notes: FA Produces Four Animated Films To Fight Discrimination

The FA "has made four animated films urging players and supporters to stand up to racism, homophobia, anti-semitism and other acts of discrimination." The films involve former England internationals Dion Dublin and Graeme Le Saux "and feature the work of celebrated artist Paul Trevillion" (BBC, 3/17). ... The Asian Football Confederation "is considering electoral reforms" that would see the next elected president secure an automatic place on FIFA's exec committee. At present, FIFA exec committee seats "are allotted via a separate poll" (INSIDE WORLD FOOTBALL, 3/17).
