Outdoor Channel Becomes Asia's Pan-Regional IndyCar, X Games Broadcaster In ESPN Deal

The Outdoor Channel (Asia) has become the pan-regional broadcaster of the IndyCar Series, X Games Austin and X Games Aspen in Southeast Asia and parts of the wider Asia-Pacific region following a new agreement with ESPN. Outdoor Channel and ESPN will jointly promote and market the IndyCar Series and X Games across Southeast Asia with the aim of growing the franchises in the region. The deal does allow for individual country-by-country deals to co-exist. The Outdoor Channel recently added to its Asian programming slate with new shows in '14 (ESPN).
