RACISM ALLEGATIONS: Sao Paulo-based football club Mogi Mirim has "been sanctioned for its fans' racist chants" toward Marcos Arouca da Silva of Brasileiro side Santos. The Sao Paulo Football Federation (FPF) announced a temporary closure of Mogi Mirim's stadium. Mogi Mirim fans "were recorded calling Arouca a monkey by ESPN."
