Barcelona President JOSEP MARIA BARTOMEU on Monday announced a "number of changes to the club's board of directors." Club spokesperson TONI FREIXA "is no longer the official spokesman and has been named president of the discipline commission instead." Bartomeu also "announced a new vice-president of media," MANEL ARROYO I PÉREZ, who will "decide which players talk to the media" (AS, 2/10). ... Pakistan PM NAWAZ SHARIF has sacked Pakistan Cricket Board Chair ZAKA ASHRAF and "suspended the Governing board with immediate effect." Sharif, in his "capacity as patron in chief of the board, has appointed an 11-member ad-hoc committee to run the cricket affairs." The committee includes former Test players ZAHEER ABBAS and IQBAL QASIM and former PCB Chairs SHAHARYAR KHAN and NAJAM SETHI (PTI, 2/10).
