German Hockey League (DEL) club Thomas Sabo Ice Tigers has increased its partnership with the Mercedes Benz branch in Nuremberg. The club's official car partner will increase its commitment and also become a premium partner of the Nuremberg-based team (Thomas Sabo Ice Tigers). ... DEL club Eisbären Berlin has launched a special promotion for its next home game on Sunday against Dusseldorf EG. Students who have one "very good" or two "good" grades in their mid-year report card will be able to pick up a free ticket for the game at the fanshop at the O2 World on Friday between 10am-6pm or on Saturday between 12-6pm (Eisbären Berlin). ... Brazil's Central Bank on Wednesday "presented a series of commemorative coins in honor of the World Cup," which will take place in Brazil from June 12-July 13. The limited-edition currency "consists of gold, silver, copper and nickel coins."
