Liga MX Side América Boasts Most Twitter Followers Of Eight Liga MX Playoff Teams

Of the eight Liga MX clubs that have qualified for the postseason, América has easily the most followers on Twitter, with 749,242, according to Gabriela Martínez of LA AFICION. The second-largest Twitter following of the group belongs to Cruz Azul, with 385,388 followers. Tigres, third on the list with 264,460 followers, is followed by Santos (190,807). Santos recently changed its Twitter handle "and the account is now easier to find" (LA AFICION, 11/10).
