Scottish FA Signs Two New Sponsorship Deals With Adidas, JD Sports

The Scottish FA announced two new sponsorship deals that will underpin the future success of the Scotland national teams and supplement the finances of Scottish football. Adidas has extended its existing partnership as official kit supplier until '18. U.K. retailer and distributor of branded sportswear JD Sports has also become the exclusive retail partner ahead of the new home kit and training wear launch on Nov. 14. JD Sports has grown from a single store in Bury, Manchester to being the leading retailer and distributor of branded sportswear and fashion wear. JD now has more than 350 stores, (31 in Scotland) of which a number will feature bespoke in-store areas for the SFA. The new Scotland home and training wear kits will be available to buy online on Nov. 13 and throughout JD Sports stores nationwide on Nov. 14 (SFA). The HERALD SCOTLAND reported the two new deals are worth more than £5M ($8M) (HERALD SCOTLAND, 11/2).
