Premiership Rugby Side Gloucester Profits In Third Consecutive Year, This Time Of $489,000

Premiership Rugby side Gloucester Chair Ryan Wilkinson announced a financial profit for the third year in succession. Gloucester filed its latest set of accounts this week, revealing a pre-tax profit of £305,336 ($489,000) against a turnover of £11.6M ($18.6M). The financial performance came despite significant investment in the playing side of the business. Gloucester has also embarked on various projects to improve fan experience, including introducing access control ticketing and upgrading various areas of the stadium. The club is also reviewing and rolling out new food and drink options (Gloucester).
