NRL Wests Tigers Head Coach Mick Potter Compiles Restructure Plan For Club's Board

A restructure of the football department at National Rugby League club Wests Tigers "was presented to the board" Thursday night with head coach Mick Potter asking for a few more staff, according to Margie McDonald of THE AUSTRALIAN. Speculation Potter would lose his job after just one season was, Potter said, "just that." Potter presented it to the board with CEO Grant Mayer Thursday night. That does not mean, however, that the board "will accept all his recommendations." It is understood "there is still some division over whether Potter is the right man for the job" (THE AUSTRALIAN, 8/30).
