Media Notes: Malaysia's TSA Secures Deal With MediaPro For Barca TV

Malaysian sports marketing agency TSA "has secured a deal with MediaPro," the Spanish distributor and production company representing FC Barcelona for its official club channel, Barca TV. TSA "will be the exclusive distributor for the current La Liga champions in the Asia Pacific." Barca TV "produces two weekly three-hour programming blocks for the international market" (WORLD SCREEN, 8/20). ... German public broadcaster ZDF and production company Plazamedia, a subsidiary of media conglomerate Constantin Medien, "have extended their partnership for another two years." The two parties "extended their production contract for UEFA Champions League matches, which air Wednesdays on ZDF, in July" (SPORT1, 8/20).
