Hartley-Wass "died unexpectedly while sunbathing in her back garden on Saturday." She was "found by her husband at their home in Yorkshire" (LONDON TIMES, 6/10). ... World Touring Car Championship race winner PEPE ORIOLA "will switch from SEAT to Chevrolet for the remainder of the season." Oriola, who claimed his first WTCC victory earlier this year at Marrakech, "will race in a Chevrolet Cruze run by the Tuenti Racing Team with RML technical support from Porto onwards." DEATH THREATS: Retired Melbourne footballer and media commentator DAVID SCHWARZ admits he has been ''shaken up'' by an anonymous death threat he received after he wrote that he wanted the Demons to get thrashed. Schwarz "was contacted on his mobile phone by a caller from a blocked number immediately after finishing his SEN afternoon program on Friday evening'' (THE AGE, 6/10). ... Namibia coach ROGER PALMGREN "has quit" after just a month in the role saying that he "fears for the safety of his family after receiving death threats" (REUTERS, 6/10).
