The IRB explained in the notice, "Temuco is a passionate rugby city and the event's organizers have confidence that it will host a spectacular and successful tournament, aiding the constant growth of this sport" (EMOL, 5/1). ... British Cycling Wednesday confirmed the Int'l Cycling Union (UCI) Track Cycling World Cup is coming to the U.K., with the opening round of the '13-14 season taking place in Manchester in November.
