Singapore Sports Hub Names Sports Catering Services As Retail Concessions Provider

The Singapore Sports Hub has appointed joint venture Sports Catering Services to provide catering and food and beverage services for its retail concessions, corporate suites, and members dining areas and for conferences, exhibitions and other special events across five of its venues. The contract tenure is for 21 years, with expected revenue of approximately S$50M ($40M) per year in its steady state of operations. Sports Catering Services is a 70:30 joint venture company between SATS and Delaware North Companies. Previously, SATS provided catering services for sporting events such as the 2010 Youth Olympic Games and the 2009 Asian Youth Games in Singapore (Delaware North Companies).
