President of the T&T Amateur Boxing Association CECIL FORDE has been selected as an exec member of the American Boxing Confederation which is the Int'l Boxing Association’s continental body of the Americas branch (GUARDIAN MEDIA, 3/14). ... ALICE HUNT has been appointed CEO of Join In, the U.K. government-backed charity set up to "continue the legacy" of volunteering begun by last year’s Olympic Games in London. Hunt joins from the educational publishing company Pearson, where she was director of communications for int'l business (THIRD SECTOR, 3/14).
