Sky Reports Strong Wednesday Bundesliga Ratings; Top Match Live In 203 Countries

German pay-TV channel Sky "once again obtained strong ratings for its Bundesliga broadcast," according to Manuel Weis of QUOTEN METER. An average of 1.12 million viewers tuned in to Sky's simulcast of Wednesday's games. The number equaled a market share of 3.6%. In the target demographic 14-49, Sky attracted 610,000 viewers or a 5% share (QUOTEN METER, 11/29).

AROUND THE GLOBE: The Bundesliga "will set a new TV record on Saturday when its top match between Bayern Munich and defending champion Borussia Dortmund is broadcast in 203 countries." The previous record was 200 (SID, 11/29).
