Bundesliga Club Werder Bremen Agrees To Shirt Sponsorship Deal With Wiesenhof

German Bundesliga club Werder Bremen, one of two remaining clubs without a shirt sponsor for the upcoming season, "has finally acquired a sponsorship deal," according to Christoph Sonnenberg of BILD. The newspaper reported that the logo of German-based chicken producer Wiesenhof "will be featured on the players' chests in the upcoming season." The two-year deal is reportedly worth €5M ($6.2M) annually. Werder Bremen did not confirm the report (Bild, 8/8).

IN THE MAIL: German 2nd Bundesliga club FSV Frankfurt agreed to a new partnership with online mailing service provider onlinebrief24.de. The one-year contract includes stadium ad space, hospitality packages and logo presence on the club's website (FSV Frankfurt).

IN FRANCE:
BUSINESSPORTAL.com reported that Ligue 2 side Tours FC has agreed to a deal with Saxoprint. The agreement will make the online printing service company the main sponsor of the club (BUSINESSPORTAL.COM, 8/6).
