PAKISTAN TODAY reported that the chief of the Parkistan Air Force Chief Marshal Tahir Rafique Butt, who is also the Pakistan Squash Federation President, "awarded cash prizes" to the Pakistan squash team for winning a silver medal during the Men's World Junior Squash Championships in team and individual competitions. The tournament was held in Doha, Qatar between July 7-18. Pakistan's squash contingent included Danish Atlas, Nasir Iqbal, Hamza Bukhari, Tayyab Bukhari and Ali Bukhari, accompanied by Jamshed Gul and coach/Manager Wing Commander Abdul Wahab Marwat (PAKISTAN TODAY, 7/31).
