The Swiss Football Federation Extends Its Partnership With Public Broadcaster SRG

The Swiss Football Federation (SFV) and the Swiss public broadcasting organization SRG extended their partnership for two years through June 30, 2014. The partnership between SFV and SRG includes all games of the Swiss national team and the Swiss Cup. The three SRG channels SRF, RTS and RSI will continue to broadcast all games of the national team, a total of 40 over the next two years, as well as Swiss Cup games, five during the '12-13 season and 40 during the '13-14 season. The SRG acquired the rights for all media platforms including TV, radio and online. The agreement is for only two years because UEFA will sell the media rights to the Swiss national team beginning in '14 (SFV).
