GlobeCast To Provide Satellite Contribution For Latin American Football Matches

Traffic Sports International, a rights-holder for several high-profile Brazilian football clubs, has chosen GlobeCast to provide satellite contribution services for delivery of Latin American football championships to fans in the Americas, Asia and Europe. Through the end of  '12, GlobeCast will support the distribution of over 150 matches, representing hundreds of hours of programming, for the Copa Libertadores, Copa Sudamericana, Copa Kia Do Brasil, Liga Mexicana, and the FA Cup. GlobeCast will provide satellite turnaround for each match across the Americas via IS-9 and IS-805, in Europe via Eutelsat 10A and in Asia via Asiasat 5 (GlobeCast).
