Brewers Fan Fest Filled With Buzz, Excitement After Major Acquisitions

Amid numerous MLB fan fests this weekend, the Brewers today host the "Brewers On Deck" winter festival at Wisconsin Center following Thursday's additions of CFs Christian Yelich and Lorenzo Cain. The pair are joining their new teammates for the "full day of activities, and you can bet extra tickets have been sold to the event since Friday morning." In netting "two of the top all-around outfielders in the game, the Brewers sent a shock wave throughout baseball and electrified" their fan base (MILWAUKEE JOURNAL SENTINEL, 1/28). With the Brewers improving by 13 wins last year after dismantling the roster before the '16 season, this "might turn out to be the quickest rebuilding program" in MLB history (MILWAUKEE JOURNAL SENTINEL, 1/27).
