Mets Draw All-Time Crowds At Citi Field For World Series Games 3-4

The Mets drew 44,781 Friday night and 44,815 last night at Citi Field for Games 3 and 4 of the World Series, respectively, the two largest home crowds in the ballpark’s six-year history. The figures are just shy of the facility record of 45,186 set during the ’13 All-Star Game. Aramark said it sold more than 10,500 commemorative programs during Game 3 on Friday. T-Mobile CEO John Legere, whose company is MLB's wireless sponsor, attended last night’s Game 4 and briefly met with league Commissioner Rob Manfred on the field prior to the game. The mobile carrier last night also gave out thousands of bags of Cracker Jack during the 7th inning stretch as part of its #TheBig7th promotion.
