Colts' Pagano Reportedly On Outs With GM, Split Could Be "Inevitable"

The relationship between the Colts and coach Chuck Pagano is "starting to resemble the inevitable divorce between the 49ers and Jim Harbaugh from a year ago." There is "growing tension" between Pagano and Colts GM Ryan Grigson, and team Owner Jim Irsay "ramped up the pressure by putting the team publicly in Super-Bowl-or-bust mode."
