Wisconsin State Senate Majority Leader Scott Fitzgerald "expressed renewed optimism on Friday that a financing plan for a new downtown Milwaukee arena plan will be approved" (MILWAUKEE JOURNAL SENTINEL, 4/11).

Sources said that Browns QB Johnny Manziel "has been released from a rehab treatment facility." The Browns expect him to "attend offseason workouts starting April 20, though they could see him earlier than that" (ESPN.com, 4/11).
